Online Learning Experience Developer

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING : Working within a multidisciplinary team of creative and learning professionals you will develop online learning experiences that drive the right performance outcomes for your audience.

You will be involved in the full design and development lifecycle as a key member of project teams, executing development according to storyboard specifications.

Our success will be a product of your ability to consult with the design team on various ways to technically bring learning to life (including the UI), develop innovative interactions that meet the audience's needs, and work within project scope.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE :

Implement course curriculum using Oxygen’s proven methodology including the comprehensive integration of digital technologies (video lectures, games, interactive assessments, instructional videos, e-learning, etc.

to achieve desired learning outcomes.

  • Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
  • Create supporting material / media (audio, video, animations, simulations, games etc)
  • Upload Package Interchange Files (i.e., SCORM) into various platforms and tools as needed.
  • Meticulously maintain design fidelity and desired functionality across all deliverables throughout the development lifecycle by applying your impeccable attention to detail.
  • Work within a matrixed delivery team to recommend design considerations that support sensible development, using high judgement to escalate issues when required.
  • Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies, instructional development theories, and innovative approaches for potential applications.
  • Provide key input to other Oxygen team members to develop repeatable methods for the creation and delivery of learning experiences.

YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US IF YOU HAVE :

  • 4-year degree or equivalent professional working experience
  • 3+ years’ experience developing e-learning content
  • Expert-level proficiency in in Articulate 360 with emphasis on Storyline and Rise
  • Experience working with multiple learning management systems (LMS)
  • Familiarity with the creative asset development and production process
  • Experience in graphic and presentation design using PowerPoint (including animations) and Adobe Creative Cloud tools
  • HTML programming skills are a plus
  • Practical experience in visualization (including strong spatial awareness) and presentation of abstract ideas and concepts is a plus
  • Experience developing learning solutions for enterprise customers, using an agile methodology

Oxygen Experience will offer the successful candidate a competitive base compensation and benefits package. The targeted range for this role is $80,000 to $150,000.

Benefits offerings include 100% paid for medical, dental and vision coverage and generous coverage for dependents. Oxygen Experience also offers a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, Flexible Spending Account, and a generous paid time-off (vacation, sick, holidays) program.
