Job Title : Staff Accountant
Job Description
As a Staff Accountant, you will manage 50% of Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, handling 500 to 700 monthly invoices with a three-way match process and collaborating with internal teams for processing.
The remaining 50% of your responsibilities will include accounting tasks such as Month-End close, Journal Entries, General Ledger (GL) maintenance, and preparing Financial Statements.
You will also participate in cycle counting and the physical inventory process. Cross-training in various functions will be provided to ensure coverage during team absences.
Additionally, you will conduct variance analysis and must be proficient in V Lookups. Experience with the ERP system Global Shop is required.
