Summary of Position
Kingdom Business Leaders Network (KBLN) is a program created to accelerate the success of business leaders at Gateway Church and other churches worldwide.
We do this through events, peer groups, and proprietary curriculum and content. This program provides software, training, and support materials necessary for churches to launch a fully developed and self-branded business leaders' program.
KBLN is seeking a Director of Operations who is an experienced leader and manager of people with an in-depth knowledge of business operations, financial operations, and strategic planning.
The Director of Operations will help facilitate day-to-day operational activities and manage the growing Kingdom Business Leaders Network team.
The successful candidate will have a "roll-up their sleeves and jump in mentality" to assist with tasks outside of this job description from time to time.

Principal Job Responsibilities :
Operations Management
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operational activities and processes for all KBLN team members
- Implement systems, policies, and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations
- Direct and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Perform Quality Analysis / Quality Control of key deliverables
Team Management
- Oversee the hiring processes to include creating job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and coordinating interview schedules
- Oversee training of new team members
- Organize and oversee the workflow of the KBLN team
- Manage, develop, and direct team members
- Resolve or assist with issues concerning team members, as needed
Finance / Accounting
- Oversee the accounting of Kingdom Business Leaders Network revenue and expenses
- Develop and manage the department budget
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute new growth directives
- Coordinate and lead the daily activities of long-term planning efforts
- Lead the strategic growth and development of future program initiatives and goals
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management or the equivalent work experience
- At least ten years of related experience
- Demonstrated superior leadership, managerial, and relational skills
- Goal-oriented, quality-focused, and demonstrated success with creating and fostering a team environment
- Highly effective in motivating and directing others, time management, and conflict management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective at problem-solving
- Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Project Management experience
- Excellent at prioritization and multi-tasking
- Ability to see the "big picture" while also diving into details
- Excellent business and financial acumen; understanding of pricing, ROI, and the financial impact of related products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
