Position : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location : Spring Hill, TN
Hours : Full Time, 35 Hours per Week
Work Schedule : August 1st, 2024 - May 20th, 2025
Caseload : Approximately 50-55 students
Age Group : Primarily Elementary (2nd Grade - 12th Grade)
Setting : Onsite Only
Case Types : Variety from Mild to Moderate, with some Severe Cases
Support : No SLPA
Job Details :
Key Responsibilities :
- Comprehensive Support : Deliver effective speech-language therapy to a diverse group of students, mainly focusing on elementary-aged children.
- Assessment and Intervention : Conduct evaluations to identify speech and language needs and create individualized therapy plans.
- Collaboration and Documentation : Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals, and keep accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- IEP Meeting Participation : Participate in IEP meetings to monitor and update student goals.
Requirements :
- Educational Background : Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure : Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Tennessee.
- Experience : School setting experience preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome.
