  • The Industrial Process Control Specialist will optimize and improve industrial plant process control solutions to meet business requirements.
  • This role involves translating business needs into effective industrial application solutions while collaborating with personnel across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and improve industrial plant process control solutions to meet business and operational requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into industrial application solutions.
  • Interact effectively with personnel across the organization, both individually and in team settings.
  • Analyze short- and long-term hardware, software, equipment, and instrumentation requirements.
  • Provide appropriate and cost-effective technical solutions to address operational needs.
  • Deliver process control support for a 24x7 industrial environment.
  • Communicate effectively with departmental management, operations management, operating crews, control system support personnel, and other stakeholders.

    • Skills And Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess process control requirements and propose technical solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with multiple levels of personnel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience supporting industrial process control systems in a 24x7 operational environment.
  • Familiarity with industrial hardware, software, equipment, and instrumentation.

    • Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant experience in industrial process control, process optimization, or automation support.
