Nashville Toyota North is currently hiring for a full-time Auto Sales Rep to satisfy the transportation needs of our customers in the Nashville, TN area.

This position earns a competitive commission-based wage .

Embark on your journey in the automotive industry as a Sales Representative with earning potential linked to commissions.

Following a three-month paid training program with a guaranteed monthly wage of $3,000, our Automotive Sales / Product Specialists transition into a dynamic role where they earn a competitive commission-based wage .

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time position at our car dealership works during retail business hours .

As an Auto Sales Rep, you're responsible for selling or leasing a minimum of 8 units per month to help our business grow.

Utilizing your natural customer service skills, you approach, greet, and offer assistance to customers who enter our dealership showroom or sales lot.

After asking questions to understand their needs, you help each customer select a vehicle that is just right. You make sure to fully explain product performance, application, benefits, and optional equipment to help them make their decision.

You also take them on test drives to help them get a feel of the vehicle. Then, once a deal is made, you turn over properly completed paperwork to our finance and insurance manager.

To stay at the top of your game, you establish personal income goals that are consistent with our dealership's standards of productivity and devise a strategy to achieve those goals.

As requested by the sales manager, you attend product and sales training courses as well as stay updated on new products, features, and accessories.
