A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate audit concepts while training team members to execute audit projects

Conduct audits on client data to generate recoverable claims and ensure compliance with regulations

Collaborate with engineering to enhance auditing tools and reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with 4-6 years of related healthcare experience

3-4 years of experience within the company recommended for internal candidates

Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in claim adjustments and reimbursement policies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous SQL experience strongly preferred

Strong interest in working with large data sets and various databases
