Job Requirements :
- Must be an experienced in customer service, dedicated and self-motivated. Looking for steady employment with opportunity for professional growth and development.
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience in a phone-based role
- High School Diploma required.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
- Must be able to handle a fast pace, high-stress environment and have organizational skills.
- Great Plains Software experience is a plus.
- HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical background is a plus.
