Locum CRNA Opportunity at a Facility in Oklahoma

Job Details

Location : Lawton, OK

Dates : January 5 - ongoing

PRN Dates Available :   Nov 2 (Call), Nov 3-7, Nov 23, Nov 24 - Dec 5, Dec 21, Dec 22 - 26, Dec 27, Dec 29 - Jan 2. Future dates TBD

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm

Call : 3pm-7am; every 4th night & 5th weekend in rotation, but wide open for start-up phase.

Cases : Endo, Ortho (includes joint replacements and spines), Peds Dental, OB, General, Uro, Pain Management, GYN, ENT, Podiatry

Additional Details

Independent CRNA practice

Must be proficient in Blocks, Epidurals and Spinals

Providers will need both DEA & CSR. ACLS, BLS & PALS must be through AHA.

Charting : Meditech, possibly Medaxion
