Job Overview :
As a Nuclear Medicine Tech on this travel contract in Charleston, SC , you will work 5x8 hour shifts (9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM) from Monday to Friday with no holiday or on-call requirements.
The unit performs PETCT scans twice a month on Saturdays, and you may be required to work one or two Saturdays depending on the unit's needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging procedures in a timely manner.
- Ensure patient safety and fort throughout each scan.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide accurate diagnostic results.
- Maintain proper documentation and pliance with all regulatory standards.
Shift Details :
- Shift : 5x8 hours (9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday)
- No holidays or on-call requirements
- Weekend Requirement : May be required to work 1-2 Saturdays a month for PETCT scans, depending on unit needs.
Requirements :
- Active Nuclear Medicine Tech certification (ARRT or NMTCB).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent nuclear medicine experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
