Design Support Coordinator

PRIMARY PURPOSE : To provide administrative, creative and production support and coordination for sales projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizes / triages incoming creative requests
  • Inputs creative requests into project tracking software
  • Liaises with design team to obtain information to create daily project status reports
  • Routes projects through quality control / proofing with content team and liaises regarding schedule
  • Oversees and maintains shared design folders
  • Supports or leads production of materials when required (in house or with vendors)
  • Formats presentations using MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint or other applications as required
  • Maintains up-to-date presentation template content available for quick access
  • Coordinates graphic needs for site visits and conferences

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Supports the organization’s quality program(s)

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

Two (2) years of administrative office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include experience in MSOffice software and basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

Skills & Knowledge

  • Knowledge of web technology
  • Project management skillset
  • Highly organized approach to juggling concurrent deadlines and projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to exhibit grace under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with internal / external stakeholders
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT
