job_description.job_card.job_descriptionRunning day-to-day field operations on major commercial roofing projects Supervising and supporting foremen and crew members to meet production goals Managing site safety, materials, labor, and scheduling Partnering with PMs, subs, clients, and GCs to ensure smooth communication and execution Representing the company at job site meetings with owners, engineers, and inspectors Navigating challenges and keeping the job moving—no micromanagement here Can take charge and lead without waiting for instruction Thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments Solve problems in real time and keep leadership looped in—not waiting for solutions Are comfortable with autonomy, pressure, and making confident decisions 5+ years as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent Deep knowledge of systems : TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, asphalt, metal, hot / cold applied Experience with secure / complex projects (e.g. hospitals, occupied buildings, industrial) OSHA 10 / 30 certified and committed to jobsite safety Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus Valid driver's license and U.S. work eligibility Willing to travel regionally as needed Base + Bonus : $90K–$115K + performance-based bonuses Company Truck : Plus fuel card, laptop, and phone Full Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, HSA, life & disability 401(k) : With company match Time Off : Generous PTO + paid holidays Relocation Assistance : $5,000 relocation reimbursement available

Lead High-Impact Roofing Projects Across Texas Location : Austin, TX
Compensation : $90,000–$115,000 Base + Bonuses + Full Benefits + Company Vehicle

With a proven track record and a high-performing team, they're now looking for a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to take the lead on fast-moving, multi-million-dollar projects out of their Austin, TX office.
