What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist the Program Manager with program coordination and execution
• Create project plans, identify risks and blockers, and ensure timely execution
• Provide logistics support for project event execution
• Set up and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) training and learning paths
• Offer operational and technical support for virtual trainings

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2-5+ years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination, ideally in the HR domain
• Must be able to work PST
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and achieving consensus
• Strong team player with organizational skills
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Basic knowledge in general HR function
• Familiarity with JIRA and HR systems
• Experience with information systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and / or Oracle applications / systems
