Accounting Manager
DYNAMIC AND GROWING REAL ESTATE COMPANY
SEEKING ACCOUNTING MANAGER
$145K-$165K Plus Bonus!
Senior Management is seeking an Accounting Manager responsible for :
- Full-cycle accounting of portfolio, including financial statements, general ledger, cash flow projections and review of job cost reports.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and budgeting and expense management processes. Establish corporate budget and P&L variance review.
- Review asset level financial statements, assist asset management.
- Work with third party property management and asset management.
- Oversee disposed assets and work with asset management to close out accounting and final tax package.
- Review contribution and distribution calculations.
- Work with project management and asset management to ensure draws are submitted in a timely manner.
- Review CAM and Tax and Insurance reconciliations.
- Tax familiarity with 1031 exchanges, TIC, K-1's and real estate partnerships, waterfalls, etc.
- Review monthly and quarterly updates.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 5+ years of experience. CPA preferred.
