Financial Controller

Global leader is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage the financial health of their firm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work closely with industry leaders and make an important impact.

This position will mostly be working from home, needing to come into office for important meetings.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Provide financial guidance to senior management.
• Coordinate and manage annual audits and tax filings.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements.
• Identify trends and variances to ensure financial goals are met.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Healthcare experience required.
• CPA and public highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of applicable experience with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a excellent organizational skills.
