Security is at the heart of every product Apple ships to customers. Apple's Security Engineering & Architecture (SEAR) provides operating system security foundations across all of Apple's innovative products, including Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple TV.

These foundations exist from the lowest levels of the device to the services off-device which work together to protect our users.

As part of our efforts to protect our users, Apple is looking for a world-class Security Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to support a team of security researchers and threat intelligence analysts who work together and cross-functionally to drive efforts to solve security engineering challenges.

The success we are striving for is the result of very skilled people working in an environment that cultivates creativity, partnership, and solving old problems in new ways.

At Apple, our mission involves securing and protecting over a billion endpoints; operationalizing security research and threat intelligence into security engineering decisions affecting every layer of the stack;

Being surrounded by the most creative, passionate, hardworking engineers in the industry. Constantly being challenged to go beyond the norm to find new, innovative ways of solving problems and to make software safer, easier, and more fun to use.

You can find all of this in one opportunity, and only at Apple. You will work with and influence colleagues across Apple to ensure security continues to be at the forefront of our products.

You will need to clearly escalate major concerns to appropriate stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact with partners from multiple divisions to provide threat intelligence insights.

Identifying project risks to ensure the respect of timelines will be key. Communicating the project goals and progress to management, project team, and partners will be an important part of this role.

Finally, you will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas, proposing solutions, and driving roll-out.

  • Proven ability to work with partners in different roles and departments
  • Intellectually curious team player with a genuine passion for helping people
  • Growth mindset, thrives in fast-paced, changing environment
