As a defense mission professional, you’ll bring your consulting, analytical, strategic, tactical, te chn ical, and DOTMLPF expertise to work on projects for the client.
You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the client program’s Capability Management Office ( CMO ) .
You’ll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies , processes, or instrumentation related to foreign threats or alliance security as part of joint missions.
You’ll guide the work we do for the client and the solutions we deliver for alliance defense strategy. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for our client.

You Have :
Experience in Communications and Information Services project design or implementation
Experience in program management, including working with the NATO Common Funded Capability Delivery Governance Model for capability development and implementation
Experience working in a national defense organization or multinational organization, including NATO
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Ability to work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability with substantial personal responsibility
Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor work activities to meet time and quality targets and adhere to established procedures
Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively work in a cross-group collaborative environment, quickly understand the needs of the client, and support the collective effort to reach the fixed objectives
Ability to work effectively as a member of a multi-national and multi-disciplinary team
Possession of excellent communication and analysis skills
Master’s degree in a Science or Engineering field
Program and Project Management Certification, such as Axelos
Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
