Are you a product leader passionate about shaping the future of work?

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Product to join our high-performing team at UKG. You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of our market-leading HCM products, impacting the lives of millions of employees worldwide.

You will collaborate closely with senior product leadership to define and execute a compelling product strategy that delivers exceptional value to our customers.

You will help develop the product roadmap, focused on innovation and customer centricity. By leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer needs, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products to market.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team.

Minimum Requirements :

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS applications within an Agile environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading product teams in a management role.
• We work in a collaborative hybrid model. 3 days per week in the office is required. Local candidates preferred.

Preferred :

• Comfortable and experienced presenting to various audiences and levels.
• Experience working with both technical and business user communities.
• Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
