About The Position
APP Opportunity Near Salem, Oregon
Guaranteed Salary : $155,000 in the First Year
Located within easy driving distance to both Salem and Portland.
Join Our Team : We are a dedicated group of healthcare professionals serving the eastern Willamette Valley. Our hospital is a 4-star rated facility and has been recognized as the Best of the Mid-Valley in 2021, 2023, and 2024 for Best Hospital, Best Local Surgery Center, and Best Place to Have a Baby.
Position Highlights :
- Monday-Friday schedule with one administrative day per week
- Collaborating with tenured physicians and providers
- No weekend shifts
- Minimal call duty, with after-hours calls managed by nursing staff
- 5 weeks of PTO
- $25,000 Relocation / Sign-on Bonus
- Epic EMR system
- Considering NPs / PAs
