How you will make animpact

• Cleaning resident’shomes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in NursingHome
• Maintaining cleanliness of the Communitythrough the use of specializedequipment.
• Cleaning public bathrooms, includingcounters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories,fixtures
• Cleaning lobbies / living roomsincluding vacuuming, high and low dusting, de-cluttering, andremoving trash, spot clean walls / windows / switches, baseboards,pictures, lights, HVAC vents.
• Cleaningclassrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, white / chalkboards,tables / chairs
• Assisting with the collection,bagging, and disposal of trash, as well as replacing trashcanliners
• Maintaining carpeted surfaces, includingextracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, andvacuuming.

What you willneed

• Previousexperience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting isideal
• Ability tosafely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment,trash removalequipment
• Ability towork independently and as a contributing teammember
• Ability tosafely operate Housekeepingvehicles
• Ability todemonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residentsand their family members, staff, vendors, and eachother
