Position Overview
The Assistant Campus Director assists with the daily activities of the iCode School. This includes
successfully achieving enrollment sales objectives, establishing off-campus relationships with local
schools, and participation in local events, while also assisting with people management, facility
management, and operational aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Campus Director with day-to-day activities related to people management
- Assist the Campus Director with day-to-day activities related to facility management
- Facilitate various iCode programs and market through social media and email campaigns
- Build student enrollments through developing school partnerships, business promotional
opportunities, telemarketing efforts, on-site and off-site events, and campus tours
- Assist with student scheduling and instructor scheduling
- Assist with ensuring proper class facilitation and proper classroom maintenance
- Ensure the campus is maintained to the highest standards on a daily basis
- Responsible for inventory management of facility supplies
- Perform administrative duties as assigned
- Operate the various iCode systems as they pertain to customer management
Qualifications
- Strong selling skills with the ability to promote company programs and close enrollment sales
- Social Media Marketing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent project management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to develop a winning team
- Proven problem-solving skills through critical thinking and creativity
- Detail-oriented and focused on delivering exceptional quality of work
- Ability to quickly learn new operational systems and procedures
- Experienced with MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems
Work Schedule
Must be flexible to work shifts during mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as requested.
