The Guidance Center (TGC) is the Community Mental Health Center and Certified Behavioral Health Clinic serving Leavenworth, Atchison, and Jefferson counties in Kansas. The Guidance Center (TGC) is currently seeking a  Crisis Stabilization Case Manager . This individual provides case management services to adult clients in crisis in the context of a short-term Crisis Stabilization Clinic.  This individual will coordinate communication and services to internal and external partners and provide direct care towards stabilization of mental health and substance use symptoms. Evenings Required (1+ days per week after 5 p); Weekends Required; PRN.
