Required Skills :
- Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in preoperative and post-anesthesia care is ideal, but willing to train new nurses with a strong work ethic.
- Advanced IV skills is ideal and proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated stability and longevity in previous roles, with a history of long-term commitment and progression in past positions.
