Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experience developing, integrating, and testing RF hardware designs and physical RF interfaces
- Experience designing front end RF systems, including but not limited to LNAs, filters, RF power amplifiers, LOs, and mixers
- Experience using and designing RF up-converters and down-converters
- Experience with RF test equipment including Spectrum and Network Analyzers
- Experience with RF Systems Engineering
- Understanding of radar and electronic warfare principles
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
Plusses

- MS degree in Engineering
- Experience performing in a Systems Engineering role on military radar system development programs
- Experience with SysML or Model-based systems engineering
- Experience with military RF systems / subsystems
- Experience working with RF systems that have operational frequencies up to at least 20 GHz
- Experience with modeling and simulation of EW, Radar, or EW systems
Day-to-Day
- Facilitate product or system requirements gathering and analysis with sponsors and other key stakeholders
- Verify systems engineering product life-cycle components to include definitions, requirements analysis, synthesis, systems analysis and implementation
- Conduct product or system design synthesis translating requirements into physical architectures for systems of moderate complexity to include defining and refining internal and external interfaces
- Develop and contribute to technical reports and diagrams detailing product or system attributes
- Analyze product or system functionality as defined by requirements
Additional Responsibilities
- Design and implement systems engineering solutions for a variety of hardware and software-based systems
- Perform systems analysis to assess testability / suitability through the review of requirements, documentation, and system behavior
- Coordinate closely with multi-functional development teams to ensure research product development closely tracks with system requirements
- Develop requirements, test plans, procedures, scripts, data, reports, and other related formal test artifacts
- Conduct formal test events by executing developed automated test procedures and compiling test artifacts / reports for sponsored projects
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
