A well-established law firm specializing in health care litigation is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its general liability defense group.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment, handling a high volume of cases involving real estate, construction, and general liability litigation.
Candidates with at least 3 years of relevant litigation experience are encouraged to apply.

Duties
- Handle a high volume of general liability litigation cases, including real estate and construction disputes
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court and during depositions
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients
- Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case status and strategy
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience in real estate, construction, or general liability
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to handle a high-volume caseload
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar, or willingness and eligibility to obtain admission
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications
Active Massachusetts Bar License (or ability to obtain one)
