The key responsibilities of the Sales & Customer Support Specialist are to manage the overall Sales & Customer Support for our Sales Team both externally and internally.
We are engaging in new channels of distribution including Retail, C-Stores, and E-Commerce, and this role will involve developing sales customer support tools and managing the increasing data / information demands of these channels.
This individual will also be responsible for operational execution of Customer Service including order entry, completing customer information inquiries, etc.
The position reports to the SVP Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities :
- Manage Key Sales Records & Reports
- Customer Service
- Order entry
- Work directly with some smaller customers regarding OSB (Order, Shipping, Billing)
- Work with Logistics / Production Planning towards improved communication and planning
- Customer Portals
- Manage information in key customer portals and update as necessary working with other functions such as QA and Logistics
- Strong working knowledge and experience in managing product set-up pertaining to GS1, GS128 1WorldSync, Syndigo, etc.
- Trade Shows Support trade show preparation
- Manage communication with Sales regarding inquiries and new business
- Support Sales on materials and information required for developing customer business
- Manage Customer Inquiries for support and information
- Complete standard customer data sheets / information requests
Requirements :
- Strong knowledge regarding GS1, GS 128, UPC coding, etc.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL and POWERPOINT
- Strong experience with data management with Customer Portals
- Previous experience and success with direct customer interface
- Previous experience preferred in Grocery Retail and / or Food Service B2B
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to work with others
- Strong independent motivation to work towards agreed goals and strategic plans
- Work is located at Ditsch USA Springdale, OH headquarter office

Compensation Range : $60,000 - $75,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, and other job-related qualifications / skills.
