About The Position
Job Title : Respiratory TherapistJob Specialty : Adult ICU and General FloorJob Duration : 13 WeeksShift : Night Shift, 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00)Guaranteed Hours : Traveler can be called off once per pay period or once every two weeks;
remaining shifts are guaranteedExperience : 2 years of experience License : Valid WA or Compact RN license requiredCertifications : Allied Health License requiredMust-Have : COVID-19 Vaccine (Medical / Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed)Job Description : - Provide respiratory therapy services in both the Adult ICU and general floor settings.
- Maintain detailed notes and records related to patient care and treatment plans.- Work independently with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new staff as required.- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and quality regulations during shifts.
- Be prepared to float within the facility based on organizational needs.- Maintain up-to-date references covering one year of employment within the last three years.
- Complete pre-start and annual training modules, with average completion time of 16 hours.- Engage in efficient communication to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure a streamlined recruitment process.
