    • Position

    Bath Tune-Up Round Rock, TX is seeking a skilled Bath Remodel Installer to lead bathroom remodel projects, including tile showers and non-tile wet area systems (solid surface, cultured stone, high-performance laminate, acrylic). This role is responsible for hands-on installation, coordinating a helper, and ensuring every project is completed to our high standards of quality and cleanliness.

    What You'll Do :

  • Complete demolition of existing tub / shower and prep of walls / floors.
  • Construct and waterproof shower bases (pans, tile, shower systems).
  • Install waterproofing (various types), and ensure code compliance.
  • Layout, cut, and set tile (or non-tile panels) for walls, floors, niches, and benches.
  • Grout, seal, and finish tile assemblies, including trims and caulking.
  • Install vanities, faucets, toilets, mirrors, and trim as part of full remodel scope.
  • Direct a helper / apprentice for demolition and cleanup tasks.
  • Maintain a safe, clean jobsite and communicate effectively with the project manager.

    • Who You Are :

  • 3+ years of professional bathroom remodeling or tile installation experience.
  • Proficient in tile layout, cutting, waterproofing, and installation best practices.
  • Comfortable with general carpentry, light plumbing, and drywall repair.
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.
  • Professional appearance and respect for homeowners' spaces.
  • Hungry to grow with a small but expanding remodeling company.
