We are seeking an experienced and skilled Junior Controller to oversee our financial operations. As a Junior Controller you will be responsible for overseeing our accounting, AR & AP, Payroll, Cash Management, ensuring the smooth operation of our service company.
Responsibilities :
Oversee and provide approval for accounts payables and accounts receivables transactions
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and records
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for informed decision-making
Oversee administrative operations, including office management, HR, payroll, and benefits administration
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative management and or Accounting
Able to maintain confidence and serve as the trusted right-hand to the business owner.
Proven track record of successful administrative management and leadership
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Previous experience in an Office Manager role or similar position is desirable
