Location : Coastal Los Angeles - Gardena, California

Shift Model - 7on / 7off Schedule

Schedule : Saturday thru Friday - 7pm - 7am

Compensation and Benefits :

Base salary of $300k for w2 orup to $2k / day for 1099

Compensation based on experience

Malpractice and tail coverage

Discussed directly with Med. Dir.based on each provider individually
