Job Description

To provide Maintenance support for AR&D labs analytical equipment's like Agilent HPLC, Waters HPLC& UPLC ,Agilent GC, Electrolab Dissolutions, UV & titrators.

• Responsible for breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, spares inventory to reduce the down time of equipment.
• Performing of preventive maintenance of analytical instruments in the lab as per schedules.
• Installations & shifting of Instruments by coordinating with lab managers and vendor engineers and installation of equipment.
• Attending the breakdown calls and closing the same in minimum time.
• Maintaining the required spares inventory to reduce down time of the instruments and responsible for maintaining average breakdown percentage should be less than 0.5%.
• Responsible for online SAP PM module documentation.
• Responsible for coordinating and interacting with lab scientists for smooth operation of instruments.

Qualifications

Educational qualification : BE / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation

Minimum work experience : 3-5 years of experience

Skills & attributes : Technical Skills

Good knowledge on maintenance & troubleshooting skills of Analytical instruments & related software.

Good knowledge on cGLP requirements.
