What You’ll Do

Lead all phases of electrical scope on large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through closeout

Partner with field operations, engineering, and client teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery

Manage subcontractor performance, budgets, schedules, and change orders

Oversee design coordination and procurement of major electrical systems and components

Travel to project sites across the Midwest region (project durations vary)

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience managing electrical or MEP scopes on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects

Proven background in data center , high-tech , or mission-critical environments

Strong understanding of electrical systems, design-build processes, and field coordination

Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
