Private Duty Nurse RN and LPN Requirements : * Registered Nurses : No experience required - Accept applications from new grad RNs.

LPNs : Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred, but not necessarily required.* Active and in good standing RN or LPN license with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
