Our affiliate, Unified Women's Healthcare of Texas, is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in Corpus Christi, TX. Position Highlights :
- Join an established and successful practice that has served women in Corpus Christi and the surrounding area for over 40 years.
- Practice team consists of 4 physicians along with a great support staff.
- This is a clinic only position and does not require any hospital, call, nights, or weekends.
- Nurse practitioner will work with patients along with the physician team and will assist with the management of the office when the physicians may be out for deliveries, surgeries, or vacation.
- Duties include seeing primarily gynecology patients, completing charting, calling back patients with labs, answering patient phone calls, patient education, sending prescriptions electronically or by phone, and administering medications.
- Patient Census in Clinic : up to 25?30 per day.
- Will perform and assist with some minimally invasive procedures that can be completed in the office, such as pap smears, endometrial biopsies, and IUD placements.
- Will assist physician with scheduling patient appointments and surgical procedures at the Bay Area Medical Center.
- Prefer someone who has 1 year or more of experience as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
