Our fast growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support.

Compensation :
$130,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities :
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Qualifications :
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Tech savvy
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Organized and manages time effectively

Mark Allen Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage offering a unique set of advantages for agents. Our commission structure, with a 90 / 10 split, allows agents to keep 90% of commissions, with a $250 transaction fee and a $20,000 fee cap.
