We are seeking an HR coordinator who is a human resource professional who has fundamental knowledge in a broad array of topics related to employee benefits, compensation, hiring, onboarding and evaluations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Administering HR programs and policies.
- Managing new hires and onboarding processes.
- Proactively addressing employee relations and issues.
- Assisting in policy administration and ensuring compliance.
- Supporting the recruitment area as needed.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Updating new hire data in the ATS system.
Qualifications
- Must be able to function with a high level of proficiency, in a rapidly changing environment while demonstrating the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivation
- 1 year experience working in Human Resources
- Associates degree in the related field preferred (not required)
- Must be able to pass a background check
