We are looking for a talented Technical Business Analyst with extensive hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our product and technical teams to define requirements, author content, and develop AEM page templates within our AEM cloud service.
This role is crucial in supporting our transition to AEM, driving successful adoption and utilization across the organization.
What You'll Do :
- Collaborate and innovate by engaging with stakeholders to gather and document both business and technical requirements for the AEM platform, including authoring components, data migration from legacy systems, and developing training guides for content authors.
- Create and manage AEM page templates, Experience Fragments, and other reusable components to ensure a seamless and efficient content creation process.
- Support and guide content authors to streamline content creation and updates within AEM, providing expert guidance and support.
- Define and develop clear and actionable JIRA stories that outline business requirements and technical tasks for the development team, ensuring smooth project execution.
What You'll Bring :
- Proven expertise as a Technical Business Analyst with hands-on involvement in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a cloud service.
- Technical acumen with a strong background in creating and managing AEM page templates, Experience Fragments, content fragments, and authoring components.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to write clear and actionable JIRA stories and technical documentation, facilitating seamless collaboration across teams.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience, working with diverse teams including developers, product owners, and production support staff.
What Will Set You Apart :
- Familiarity with content authoring workflows and AEM best practices, positioning you as a go-to expert.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project delivery, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Experience with the Drupal Content Management System is a plus.
- Ability to quickly immerse yourself in new software applications and become the resident expert in a short amount of time.
