We are looking for a dynamic and driven Commercial HVAC Service Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.
Job Description : As a Commercial HVAC Service Account Manager at Jennings Mechanical, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Your primary focus will be on selling HVAC service contracts, maintenance agreements, and repair services to commercial customers.
You will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs, proposing customized solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Identify and target potential commercial clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client requirements and propose appropriate HVAC service solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote Jennings Mechanical and expand the customer base.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
