Requirements of RN Supervisor :

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

Current CPR certification

Basic computer skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing

Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience

Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor :

Ensuring the delivery of effective, quality, outcome-focused nursing care

Collaborating with residents, responsible parties, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized plans of care

Implementing the plan of care consistently and cost-efficiently, with a focus on resident-centered outcomes

Utilizing all appropriate resources for resident / family / responsible party counseling and discharge planning

Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to share relevant information for changing the plan of care

RN Supervisors may start as early as NEXT WEEK!
