Our client is looking to add an Active Directory / M365 Engineer to provide support and engineering for 25,000 users regarding the support of Microsoft O365, Active Directory and User Provisioning.
Primary responsibility is to leverage ServiceNow to work through backlog of level 2 & 3 incidents, as well as ongoing incident response.
Skills : *Active Directory, O365, Engineering, Troubleshooting, PowerShell*Additional Skills & Qualifications : *Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response is nice to have.
