About the Role

The Senior Creative Producer / Strategist bridges creative production, media strategy and performance insights. You’ll craft breakthrough creative that scales across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, CTV and emerging platforms, turning data into creative direction and driving measurable results across the funnel.

What You’ll Do

• Generate creative concepts rooted in advertising fundamentals, optimized for paid social, CTV and emerging channels.
• Partner with media and growth teams to translate performance data into actionable creative direction.
• Lead production of high‑performing ads (short‑form video, UGC, influencer collabs, static, TV) with speed and quality.
• Develop creative briefs and testing frameworks that connect learnings with creative hypotheses across awareness, consideration and conversion stages.
• Analyze and synthesize performance results, distilling insights into storytelling opportunities and scaling iteration.
• Lead agency relationships and channel partners to maximize creative output, collaboration and efficiency.
• Stay on top of platform trends, formats and cultural shifts to keep creative fresh and relevant.
• Build and manage a creative pipeline that balances speed and craft while aligning assets with growth goals.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing and analytics to accelerate workflows and unlock new possibilities.
• Share learnings and best practices across the team, turning creative testing into a scalable playbook through data‑informed process.
