About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty : Psych Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day Shift, 12 Hours Guaranteed Hours : 36 Hours per Week Experience : Minimum years of experience not specified License : Required Certifications : Required Must-Have : - Epic experience - Flu and COVID vaccine required (medical or religious exceptions accepted) Job Description : - Work in a behavioral health adult unit - Provide care for patients with common diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, psychosis, and dementia - Participate in special procedures such as electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) - Float to different areas as needed within skillset - Work every third weekend - Holiday time off restriction : 1 day total between late November and early December;
late December to early January - Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays during assignment - Adhere to nurse-to-patient ratios and provide quality patient care This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of care.
