Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer requests related to bank products and services
Build and maintain customer relationships while ensuring inquiries are addressed within service levels
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and resolve issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in banking or financial institutions
Previous contact center experience preferred
Previous sales experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
