Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service-related information.
The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to Customer Inquiries : Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document Interactions : Accurately log customer interactions and update customer accounts with information regarding inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Follow Up : Track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups when necessary.
- Escalation Management : Identify when an issue requires escalation and direct it to the appropriate department or team member.
- Customer Relationship Management : Maintain a customer-centric attitude and contribute to customer loyalty by ensuring excellent service and effective solutions.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and customer support tools
