Responsible for managing property dispositions. Engage with fellow real estate professionals. Cultivate and establish connections.
Facilitate the sale of our properties and generate natural lead channels for off-market transactions
Compensation :
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Respond to all leads and close on them
- Manage the pipeline of prospects
- Manage and create relationships with investors / buyers
- Research and analyze properties on the MLS
- Negotiate the best potential price for all properties being sold
- Add buyers to the list by zip code
- Skip tracing and Calling buyers and obtaining their information to add to buyers' list
- Source buyers via the social media platform
- Email deals to VIP buyers
- Schedule and show properties to buyers
- Add new deals to the website
- Must be results-driven and have the mindset to want more financially

- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
- Someone who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur and takes an ownership mentality in all that is done in this position
- Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs / Suite and / or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Must possess excellent organization and planning skills
- Must possess problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules / deadlines
