What we’re looking for

We are looking for a data-driven product manager for the Analysis team responsible for building SurveyMonkey's analysis capabilities.

This product is an essential part of Momentive's strategy to empower customers to gain actionable insights and achieve tangible results from their survey responses.

We're looking for product thinkers who put users at the center and want to build product capabilities to simplify the lives of our customers.

Our product managers collaborate with design, engineering, product marketing, and research teams to deliver best-in-class products.

You will report to our Director of Product and will have the option to work entirely remotely, or from one of our offices, or a hybrid of both.

What you’ll be working on

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the Analyze product, aligned with the overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
  • Develop detailed product requirements and work closely with a team of passionate engineers, data scientists, marketers, and product designers through iterative releases to execute on the roadmap.
  • Conduct market and user research, identify industry trends, and perform competitive analysis.
  • Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and workflows. Use these insights to inform product decisions and ensure we are solving the right problems.
  • Work with Product Marketing to build GTM (go-to-market) plans for your product.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Analyze product. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on the product.
  • Understand the technical architecture and make appropriate trade-off discussions in partnership with engineering.
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, sales, customer success, and support, to ensure alignment and drive successful product launches and adoption.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 8+ years experience in Product Management with a majority at a SaaS company.
  • Experience building analysis and reporting capabilities for external customers required.
  • Basic understanding of ML / AI applications in analytics.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product vision and strategy.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Deep empathy for customers and a passion for creating products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Consumer product experience in a PLG environment a plus.
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

  • Bonuses and commissions may also be offered as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance;
  • 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; paid holidays; paid time off; employee assistance program;
