Job Description

The Inside Sales Specialist role at Rotork will be responsible for preparation of quotes to convert inquiries into orders, day-to-day contact, and support with customers.

Reporting to the Inside Sales & Contracts Supervisor, this person will be reviewing customer requests for quotation (RFQ), including technical and commercial specifications, while identifying cost effective best suited engineered product for the application.

This provides the opportunity to interface with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Management) and to review projects and develop a plan of action prior to quotation and after receipt of order.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements :

  • Basic Engineering or Technical knowledge.
  • Experience in using ERP and CRM Systems.
  • Strong Customer Service experience with typically 3 years’ experience in a relevant role and / or industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging analytics for sales strategy development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to quickly learn & utilize business software and internal programs.

  • Motivated self-starter able to work independently and with a team.
  • Ability to interact with customers on routine basis and must demonstrate a high level of Customer Service.
  • Must be thorough, accurate, and organized, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
