LumiMeds is a fast-growing telehealth company focused on weight management and metabolic health. As part of our expansion, were bringingPhysicians and Nurse Practitionersinto our PC group to provide direct patient care and support our innovative treatment model.

Role Overview

Were seekingboard-certified Physicians and licensed Nurse Practitionersto join LumiMeds PC group. In this role, youll conduct virtual consultations, prescribe GLP-1 therapies when clinically appropriate, and collaborate with our care coordinators to ensure patients receive high-quality, compliant care.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations (synchronous & asynchronous)
Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and labs
Prescribe evidence-based treatments, including GLP-1s
Document visits in our EMR system in accordance with regulations
Collaborate closely with our care and operations teams
Participate as an active clinical member of LumiMeds PC group

Qualifications

For Physicians :

MD / DO with active, unrestricted license(s) in the U.S.

Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Endocrinology

Telehealth experience preferred

Multi-state licensure (30+ states ideal)

For Nurse Practitioners :

Active NP license(s) in the U.S. with prescriptive authority

Certified in Family or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care (FNP-C or AGPCNP-C)

Prior telehealth or weight-management experience preferred

Multi-state licensure a plus
