Position : Business Analyst
Location : Chicago IL 60604 / Hybrid
Duration : 12 Months Contract possible extension
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Admin, IT or a related fields
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in the capital markets sector, with a focus on front office trading systems and FX trading.
- Strong knowledge of EMS, OMS and PMS platforms and their role in trading operations
- Demonstrated experience in developing target operating models and implementing process improvements
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation
- Technically savvy with the ability to understand system architectures, data flows and integration points
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
