Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and the Creative team to curate items for our 800+ page catalog, considering inventory, customer preferences and pricing.
- Research industry trends, competitive pricing and market shifts.
- Offer strategic and financial recommendations to drive improvements.
- Generate reports that translate customer behavior insights into actionable plans.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of retail merchandise planning or retail financial planning experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Access experience a plus.
- Ability to summarize analytics and communicate findings concisely.
